-follow the sequence outlined in the description
-have a working physical circuit on a breadboard
-run from a program uploaded to your Arduino board
When y0ur stoplight meets the above criteria bring it Mr. Milstead or Mr. Varvil for assessment.
Then you may begin the Electronic Halloween project.
