Python cash register version 1

Your goal is to program a cash register that asks the following:

1. what does user want?
2. how much does it cost?
3. do they want anything else?
   1. if yes, loops back to question 1.
   2. if no, goes on.
4. adds up cost of all items, prints subtotal
5. adds tax
6. displays total
