I can't use the Seating Chart option

You may have activated the Attendance by Meeting feature. This feature groups all students enrolled in a given class period in one attendance window. This saves you from having to open one class after another to take attendance.

If you want to print your seating charts disable the Attendance by Meeting feature first. You will be able to reach your seating charts and print or edit them. When you are done, turn on the Attendance by Meeting feature again.
