Your mission is to work with a partner to design a robot rover.
Your rover should be able to:
1. Start with the input from a button.
2. Move forward.
3. Turn.
4. Stop.
Your robot will face a series of challenges that involve moving from one point to another.
Your first challenge will be to move from a starting point to an end point under remote control.
BUT FIRST…you need to:
Choose a partner.
Build your robot in Tinkercad.
Program and test your robot in Tinkercad.
Build your robot in real life.
1. Choose your partner from the class. You will work in teams of two.
2. Building details:
Size- make sure that your design will fit into your white project box.
GLUE servos to cardboard base carefully so that glue doesn’t get into the servo.
DUCT TAPE Arduino, breadboard and front wheel and battery. Do not glue these items.
Ingredients:
Cut your own cardboard base.
1 Arduino
2 continuous servos
2 wheels for your servo
1 caster
1 button
1 220 resistor
1 10,000 ohm resister
1 9 volt battery
1 9 volt battery harness
