Milstead’s class starts in the shop today for quick intro:
1. UPDATE the project is due THIS Thursday at noon on Friday, 12/16. This is HALFWAY through our final exam period. The rest of the final exam will be used for demonstrations and grading of your marble cube.
2. your focus today should be integrating Arduino circuits into your cube.
3. assignment change: each group is responsible for creating at least TWO Arduino circuits:
ONE circuit is the servo controlled diverter that is triggered by the button – click here for pre-written code and a circuit diagram.
the SECOND circuit can be another servo OR LEDs that is controlled by the ball bearing triggering an input by itself (no human button press). Examples include:
-ball bearing crossing copper tape
-ball bearing hitting wire to push button
Useful resources:
Coach has created a wiring diagram for your button and Arduino WITHOUT a breadboard. Click here to follow the diagram.
