How to Create a Spreadsheet Report- this report gives you the option to remove student names and to sort the report in random order. This report is ideal for posting grades anonymously.

1. Click on the Reports menu and select Create.
2. Enter a name for your report.
3. Select Spreadsheet report from the Type of this Report menu.
4. Click on the Options tab at the top of the window.
5. If you wish to remove student names from the report remove the check box from the Name option.

6. Consider changing the Show each assignment option to Abbreviated.
7. Change the Width of asmt columns (inches) to at least .75.
8. Consider chaning the date range to narrow the scope of the report.
9. You may also select one category to appear on the report.
10. You may chose to show the current grade or select a specific grading period or periods by using the These Final Grades drop down.
11. Move on to the Which Students tab. Choose the All students currently enrolled in this class option.
12. If you are posting these grades you may sort them in random order to further protect student privacy. Select the random option from the sort order drop down.
Now go on to Previewing Reports or Printing Reports.
