| If you are a Mac user you may have found it is not possible to print
your reports (9/1/02). The District is aware of the problem and is
working on a resolution. These steps are designed to provide you with
a work around until this issue is resolved. You of course my log onto
a PC and print or you may export your files to another program such
as Excel.
If you would like to export to Excel follow these instructions.
1. Open a class.
2. Go to Reports and select Export from the drop down menu.
3. You have two choices. You may export your "spreadsheet"
or "student info."
4. If you would like to export your grades you should choose "spreadsheet."
Then pull down the arrow in the "look in" dialog box and
select "C$ on 'Client' (your computer's hard drive).
5. It will find your hard drive and you may save you file anywhere
you want in a folder on your hard drive. This file is a text file
(txt).
6. Close Citrix (log out completely) and then find the file you
put onto your hard drive. Drag this file to your Excel icon and
it will automatically open.
7. You may format anyway you would like using Excel. It may be a
good idea to save it in Excel by pulling down the file type menu
and selecting Excel format or typing in the extension ".xls"
after your file name.
