1. Double click on the Citrix icon.
2. DO NOT launch PowerGrade.
3. Instead, click on File and select Application Set Settings from the menu.
4. Click on the Default Options tab at the top of the window.
5. At the bottom of the window, select Full Screen from the Window Size drop down menu.
6. Click on OK. Launch PowerGrade to take attendance.

NOTE: Some Citrix installations may require that this process be repeated for each PowerGrade user that uses the software on that computer.
