Citrix client is required to access PowerGrade over the Internet. Follow the steps below to download and install Citrix.

	Macintosh users Download the version appropriate for your operating system. Click here to go to the download page.
	Windows users Click here to download the version appropriate for Windows 95, 98, ME, NT, 2000 and XP.

Depending on the speed of your Internet connection this file may take twenty or more minutes to download. Note the location that the downloaded file will be found on your hard drive.

After you have downloaded the Citrix installation file you must install the file. Locate the file on your computer and double click on it. This will begin the installation process. During the installation process accept all default settings.

Why do I have to download and install Citrix?
